A. For our UK based customer our Minimum Order is £200 (Excluding V.A.T.). Orders placed online must be paid for in full before shipment.
For Export customers Minimum Order is £500 (Excluding V.A.T.)
A. We offer Free Shipping for Orders in value over £1000 (Excluding V.A.T.) anywhere in UK and Ireland.
A. Yes, when you proceed to check out you can select “Local Pickup”your order will be assembled but not put on a pallet.
A. Yes, but we only ship on a pallet so your courier must be a pallet carrier. When you check out select “Local Pickup” then send us an email and inform us of the carrier. Goods will be picked and placed on a pallet ready for collection.
A. We accept Master Card and Visa. Debit Cards and Credit Cards have no transaction fee.
If paying by bank transfer, we need the funds to clear with in our account before we can despatch your goods, which usually takes 5-7 working days. Please note that bank transfer payments must be made within 48 hours of placing the order on the website. Any delay in making payment may result in your order being cancelled and incur an administration charge.

A. Unfortunately we do not ship outside the UK or Ireland. You would have to arrange that yourself and have the courier collect from our Manchester warehouse (Prices are shown ex. works). They will also need to bring a completed CMR form when collecting the goods or they will not be released.
We are more than happy to delivery your order to any UK freight forwarder, who can then ship your order to any destination in the world. We work on an ex. warehouse basis, so payment is required in full before shipment. A completed CMR form and all relevant stamped Export documentation is required.
A. You must provide a valid V.A.T. number when you register your account. If this is your first order, we will charge you V.A.T. Once the goods have left the UK and you have provided Valid Proof of Export Documentation, we can refund the V.A.T. to you.
