Delivery Costs:

Because of the vast difference in item weight, pallet quantity is worked out at 1 pallet per every £500 NET of V.A.T Items are bought in bulk, so delivery costs are charged per pallet.

Free Delivery:

Orders placed for over £1000 exclusive of  V.A.T. qualify for free delivery within the UK mainland and Ireland.

Delivery Time:

You can select the delivery option you want during the shipping screen at checkout.  Standard options are:

  • Customer to Collect / Arrange Collection
  • 3/4 Day Delivery
  • 2 Day Delivery

For the UK. European customers will be able to select “Customer to Collect / Arrange Collection” due to the complex nature of shipping in the EU, but you can expect to receive your order within 10 days of order placement. Please note that any mention of days refers to working days, so they exclude weekends and Bank Holidays.

  • Goods DO NOT SHIP on Saturday or Sunday
  • All shipments are subject to stock availability. The website does not display live stock information.
  • The cut off time to process an overnight order is 10:00 am GMT
  • Goods are usually shipped within 24/48 hours after receiving the order

 All orders are processed & shipped from our registered office & main warehouse in Manchester.

Shipping Notification:

Once registered, we will send an email notification when your order has been shipped, (subject to system status) which you can check the status of by logging into your account and view the order details.

Shipping Address:

It is the customers responsibility to give the correct billing and shipping address.  Any additional cost incurred because of incorrectly addressed deliveries will be charged to the customer. All addresses can be changed by logging in to the site. Please ensure you have a Working Land line and Mobile Number so that we or the carriage company can contact you.

Items not received:

Please contact us in writing, by fax or email if you have not received your order within 7 days for UK and Ireland customers, and 14 days for our other European customers.

Shortages and Damages:

All claims, shortages and damages must be notified in writing by fax or email within 3 working days from the date of delivery.

Returns & Replacements:

In addition to your legal rights (under UK distance selling regulations) we offer a 14 day no fuss returns guarantee – if you are not happy with your product within 14 days you can return the products to us for a full refund. Please contact us with the details (email: online @ shonn .co.uk) before you return the goods.

We will refund your payment within 7 days of recieving the returned goods.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Ordering: 

The minimum order value is £200 (EX V.A.T.)

Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Order Reference numbers. It is the customers responsibility to add their V.A.T. registration number (where applicable), and that they are legally entitled to use said registration number.

Payment:

All our payments are provided by SagePay, allowing you to pay by all major credit and debit cards, as well as local payment options depending on your country.  After completing our checkout process you will be directed to SagPay’s secure page to complete the payment.  You will recieve a payment confirmation email from SagePay as well as an order confirmation email from Shonn Brothers Ltd. 

Debit Cards and Credit Cards

Any payment made by debit card or credit card will not incur any additional charges.

VAT:

All advertised prices are excluding VAT which is broken down and will be charged at during the payment process.

On orders delivered to the United Kingdom (incl. Northern Ireland) V.A.T. will be charged at the prevailing rate. For the rest of the Europe Union (Including Southern Ireland) orders will not be charged V.A.T. providing that V.A.T registration numbers are provided for that company. We will not be responsible for any customs duties or import charges in the destination country.

Prices:

We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error. All orders are on a first come first served basis, and Shonn Brothers reserves the right to decline orders for suspect, fraudulent or high value purchases.

Retention of Title

Until payment for all goods under all contracts between the parties has been made in full:

i. The goods shall remain the property of the company, but the risk therein all liability to third parties in respect thereof shall pass to the purchaser on delivery.

ii. The purchaser may sell the goods in the normal course of its business but shall hold and pursue claims for the proceeds of their sale equal to the price of the goods for and on behalf of the seller.
